Don't you sometimes think life is way too short to worry or stress about?

WELL I DO

I don't care so much about how goofy I may appear, or how odd my hair looks today, or the way my positivity in everything can be over bearing sometimes...

I think I am just done with thinking about the past. I am building my future.
And the present moment is mine, it is a personal and special gift to myself that I can mould and sculpt into anything I want.

I'm learning to go with my own flow of life, and I seem to get frustrated when I AM NOT FOLLOWING my own intuition and dreams.

The dis-ease in life is not about the situations or the people around you. It's that deep down, you know there is something more you can change or do. Or that the past decisions you have made have lead you up to this moment in time.

AND THAT'S FINE

Things can change once you decide that with this gorgeous and beautiful moment, you can DECIDE to be the person you are. It isn't about recreating yourself or making yourself a better person. You already are.

You simply have to unmask all the illusions and let your true self shine and trust it.

Trust yourself and you'll go far.

I promise.

Living With A Light Heart

"Laughter is truly one of the best medicines and after you've done what you can to resolve a bad situation, you can help yourself best by seeking out ways to lighten your mood.

Your brain works more efficiently when the negative emotions of worry and anxiety aren't weighing you down. You can see what's going on in a difficult situation far more easily if you're able to tune into the lighter side of your day.

- Share a laugh or joke with work colleagues
- Catching up friends at the end of the day

And when things do become tense, recapture a time when you enjoyed a great old embarrassing laugh"

Breaking Up With Your Parents

It's not the best event in an adolescent's life when you have to tell your parents or guardian that you want to do something crazy, wild and imaginative as a career, or a big movement that YOU want to start.

Everybody does it, but why does nobody talk about it?

It's a difficult thing to do, because if your parents haven't come from a background, environment or circulation of inspiration that you have experienced in life, they may go as far as to reject your idea. some however, share the same beliefs and dreams as you, and continually support and encourage their child to grow in their chosen area.

Now, no idea or dream can be big or unattainable.

It's limiting beliefs that stop us. whether that's your surrounding friends, family members or even work colleagues. It takes a strong individual to step out of line and walk their own path.

A relationship with a parent, is far more difficult than others simply because they are a strong influence from when you were a child, to embed their values and beliefs on to you.

There's no doubt people struggle when they don't achieve their parent's expectations. But what if their expectations or belief systems is not the same as yours?

Think about it, no icon or record breaker let what other people think or say stop them from achieving their goals. Even facts and statistics cannot stop the mindset of sustaining your true potential. And by potential, i mean your essence, your soul, your light. If you think hard enough, there will be some creative spirit within you that's always wanted to live a life of vitality and passion.

Perhaps that something was not well respected by your peers, not stable or not financially rewarding. The list could go on. But who's to say it was not in the first place? Most likely, yourself and the opinions you have picked up along the way.

So let's clear the air waves....

1. Refresh your mind.

2. Stimulate your senses.

3. Open up your spirit to what you know and truly believe.

4. walk a path to achieve what only you can interpret as joy and bliss.

It's only until now, after doing a lot of self reflection and going on a mind detox, that I've been able to clear the fluff out of my head. And boy is it great to shout out to the Universe that you've decided what you want to do.

I'm excited to embark on this journey.

My main focus is to help people boost their self esteem and find happiness and peace in their lives.

Book Moments

SEPTEMBER READING

May Cause Miracles is a book for beings who are wanting more love, life and happiness in their world. I bought the book after watching my favourite Youtube person Marie Forleo who interviewed this lovely lady, Gabrielle Berstein.

It's pretty much a self guide to addressing your fears, issues, problems or candy floss as I call it and learning how to let them go and thus restoring faith in yourself. The way you are naturally supposed to be!

I'm on DAY 8 of the book now, and had frequent lollipop meltdowns after understanding fears that I had not overcome, when I thought I had. I think it was a surprise to me that I had still clung onto a few candy floss ideas, and the main downside was I thought I was better than that or had moved on.

I've figured out new ways to tackle my moods or when I focus on a negative mindset by:

1. Morning audio clips

It helps to reinstate things you may have forgotten and balance your mind back to a stable little cloud.

2. Meditation

I used to think meditations HAD to last a length of time, and its not true from what I've learnt and what I've experienced. Simply taking out a couple of minutes from your 'crazy work schedule' instead of using your mobile phone can do wonders to in-still that calmness that you need.

3. Yoga

It really does calm your soul when you breathe through each pose, and ask for that quiet time to yourself. It's something about your body and breathing into it, so any type of exercise really makes you present, and connects you to your core.

4. Finding something that makes you happy

I know its a silly one, but honestly finding a small activity like dancing, reading, knitting, watching your favourite tv show, whatever it is, to actually DO IT! Keep yourself happy by incoporating the things YOU LOVE into your life. Easy one isn't it? Try to find something that doesn't depend on others interaction with you. It'll keep you motivated, upbeat, cheery and it's a place to simply relax and recharge those bunny batteries of yours.

I'll be posting up a video link RIGHT HERE containing all the steps I discussed above and the little hurdles I've had to deal with in order to unlock life's inner happiness.

PRIME TIME!

BEAUTY TIP

Make sure to apply a primer all over the face, or simply an eyeshadow one to sustain your make up application throughout the day.

It does not mean you have to break the bank with expensive make up products if you have the RIGHT FOUNDATION to maintain it all!

I have personally bought well known brands for good eyeshadows in the hopes they do not crease during the day, but it is definitely difficult to find one that is affordable for everyday use.

I find using a bit of primer goes a long way and keeps your make up in tip top shape, without any work from your part!

It is a valuable investment and would advise anyone who loves to beautify themselves to get one of these today

Happy Wednesday!
