Living With A Light Heart


"Laughter is truly one of the best medicines and after you've done what you can to resolve a bad situation, you can help yourself best by seeking out ways to lighten your mood.

Your brain works more efficiently when the negative emotions of worry and anxiety aren't weighing you down. You can see what's going on in a difficult situation far more easily if you're able to tune into the lighter side of your day.

- Share a laugh or joke with work colleagues
- Catching up friends at the end of the day

And when things do become tense, recapture a time when you enjoyed a great old embarrassing laugh"
